What we collect
When you submit the case review form we collect the name, phone number and email address you enter, the type of case you select, and whatever you write in the description field.
Our server also records the page you submitted from and the language version of the site you were using, so we can respond appropriately.
If analytics is enabled, standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location may be collected by that provider.
Why we collect it
To evaluate your potential claim and contact you about it. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who sees it
Form submissions are emailed to our intake team. If your claim arises in a state where we are not licensed, and you ask us to, we may share it with an attorney licensed in that state so they can evaluate the case.
We may disclose information if required by law or court order.
How long we keep it
Intake emails are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and, where applicable, pursue your claim, and afterwards as required by professional record keeping obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia have these rights by statute.
To make a request, email jake@huainjury.com or call (702) 487-9000. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered over authenticated, encrypted email. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents until we have established a relationship and given you a secure way to do so.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
